My journey through fitness

While I was at school I had a very skinny framed body. Due to my size I had nothing on offer when I got bullied. So to beef myself up as you would put it my mum had cleaning detergent bottles which I lifted every so often to try and increase some muscle.

Detergent didn't really make much progress so when I finally had my first job I bought a weights bench and some vinyl weights. As time went on with the weights I felt I needed flexibility and make use my muscles so I joined a gym and started jiu-jitsu at 24 years old.

Martial - arts, tread mill running plus my so called weights routine made my body feel that much different but not as good as I thought. During this time my nutrition wasn't great but I was never fat, strength?? was out of this world.

People moan about there job

Strange how people moan about there job. Who signed the contract when they went for the interview? Yeah you. Be lucky you can wake up to one. Swap places with someone who has no job then you wish you'd have a job.

When none trainers see you drinking a protein shake.

Guaranteed non trainers always say when you drink a protein shake "why you drinking that rubbish." Well do you train? No, do you know what it is? No, so how can it be rubbish?

ever looked on the back of baby formula container? The ingredients are very the same to protein shakes. As a baby we drink this to grow for 6 months then go on solids aswell so mate for 6 months you drunk rubbish but check this as a non trainer you still are ha ha ha

When I watched the matrix I never really understood it. 4 times I had watched it still no idea what this all ment. As I got older the whole story line made sense to me, in my personal belief we are in the matrix if we’re unsure of something we research (download) what we want. The real world is the great place upstairs. Remember this someone actually thought of that film, don’t you think that’s telling us something???
